Knocking on doors is both my favorite way to help a campaign and one of my favorite venues for political campaign photography.

Thirteen presidential candidates and thousands of supporters packed the room at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. I attended pre-event rallies for Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Congressman John Delaney, and Senator Amy Klobuchar.

Seventeen candidates for President gathered in Water Works Park in Des Moines to speak to a crowd of over 10,000 Iowa Democrats.
